Managing COVID-19 Anxiety

Here are a Few Tips from Mrs. Fee
- Avoid Excessive exposure to media coverage
- Connect through calls, texts, internet
- Add extra time for daily stress relief (yoga, mindfulness, gratitude journal)
- Practice Self- Care. Focus on your mental health
- Create a routine and structure.
- Keep yourself Busy- board games, card games, drawing, coloring , books, movies, video games (moderation)
- Focus on new relaxation techniques. (Breathing, Mindful Moment, Calm Music)
